I'm not losing weight?



Sometimes, when you hit puberty, your body wants to cling onto body fat so it makes it harder to lose weight. However, the majority of what your body hold onto during puberty is fluid so u may be losing body fat but the fluid is still in your body.Another factor to consider is how much u exercise. To lose weight, an hour of exercise is required.
You may not necessarily lose kilos, or pounds, you may lose inches of weight.
It really depends on your body type, every one s body is different.
Good effort, keep it up!!! You are working hard and you deserve to see results. If you keep at it you will soon.
